Founded in 2017, Ardnas Solutions is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) led by Managing Director Brittany Hodges. With more than 15 years of experience as an Analyst, Ms. Hodges has partnered with the Small Business Administration, Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM) to deliver comprehensive 7(a) lending and business development services to banking institutions nationwide.

Leveraging her deep expertise in financial analysis and operational efficiency, Ms. Hodges has played a key role in advancing the SBA initiatives. Her contributions emphasize process improvement, data integrity, and productivity across daily operations including financial analysis, data queries, fee collection, and the administration of 7(a) loan programs, nominations, and renewals for Preferred Lender, SBAExpress, and Export Express programs.

During the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Ms. Hodges supported SBA efforts to help small businesses sustain their workforce during the COVID-19 crisis. Her leadership and strategic insights have driven measurable improvements in program efficiency, accuracy, and performance.

From 2016 – current, Ms. Hodges has also contracted work with with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS), and South Carolina State University.

Ms. Hodges holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Technology (B.S.), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
