Ms. Hodges' interaction with the Small Business Administration began in 2009 in the Office of the Administrator. With 10+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Ms. Hodges has worked with the Office of Credit Risk Management to deliver 7(a) lending and business development services to current Banking Institutions.
She has leveraged her background to contribute to SBA’s initiatives with a high emphasis on turnaround and productivity in day-to-day operations including Financial Analysis, Data Queries, Fee Collections, and the execution of 7(a) Loan Programs, Nominations, and Renewals of Preferred Lending Programs, Certified Lending Programs, SBAExpress, and Export Express; As well as the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), helping businesses keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
This input on program enhancements has increased data integrity and workload inefficiencies. Ms. Hodges has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Technology and a Masters in Business Administration.
